Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children - Ransom Riggs - oh SHIT.  The cover for the book is creeeeeeeeeepy.  The photos are bindblowingly amazing.  And it has a John Green quote on the back cover.  JOHN GREEN.  This has been described as an x-men-esque kinda deal and I am ON IT LIKE A CAR BONNET.

Pegasus - Robin McKinley - Fantasy.  Ah, my motherland :) McKinley.  The fantasy queen.  

Exile - Rebecca Lim - like most of my review books, this just randomly showed up.  It looks like this is book 2 in a series so i'm going to have to purchase book one before I give this a diddle;)

Dead Reckoning - Charlaine Harris - OHHHH MYYYYY GOOOOSSSHHH TRUE BLOOD STARTS TONIGHT.  ahem.  I am a sucker for this series.  SUCKA.  Eric, I hope they stick to the book for this series, I really REALLY do.

ALSO OMG TICKETS FOR THE MIDNIGHT SHOWING OF THE DEATHLY HALLOWS GO ON SALE FOR MY LOCAL CINEMA THIS WEEK.  I am rather bloody pissed off to be honest though, because I do NOT want to watch the movie in 3D because whilst I love how dorky I look in the glasses, they also drive me insane.  I am SO not a fan of the 3D.  PLUS, I would like to watch the movie how i watched the others.....in regular 2D fashion.  Which brings me to this......

THE EMPIRE MAGAZINE HARRY POTTER SPECIAL.  So, I ordered this bad boy whilst I was in a hotel in Virginia, because I am a freak and worried that the issue would be sold out by the time I got home.  In actuality it wasn't PLUS the ordered copy STILL has NOT arrived.  So I caved under the shiny pressure when I saw it on the magazine rack and gave in and let me tell you IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL IT HURTED MY EYEBALLS.  that may also be due to the fact that i cried the whole time i read anything remotely related to Harry.  I am becoming obsessed.  take this discussion with my 11 year old sister -

11 year old - Get a grip
Me - What are you talking about?
11 year old - Your eye's are all red
Me - so?
11 year old - stop watching the Harry Potter trailer.  Nerd.

BUT YOU KNOW WHAT, 11 YEAR OLDS KNOW NOTHING.  NOTHING! THAT CAN'T EVEN DO LONG DIVISION.  AMATEURS.
