Soooo, I had the best week this week for book fun. Really, I don't even know how I managed to keep a grip on my last shred of sanity, because this week was one of those weeks where exciting things just happen. I met Charlaine Harris, and I even spoke to her. Like out loud. It's true, I have a witness. Though the words I uttered to her were not really that intelligent, just excited babble along the lines of "fangbanger, just write it, please, fangbanger just there, fangbanger in the book, can you write fangbanger please, just there, fangbanger, fangbanger, FANGBANGER?" I mean, what was that about. I don't even really like vampires all that much, but I was possesed with the urge to make her write fangbanger in my book. Which she did with a bemused "is this girl crazy" kind of look, whilst her friend who had the best accent I have ever heard, listened to me ramble about the weather. That's how I roll y'all.
* To gather what little self respect I have left, I would like to state this is a minor exaggeration. I didn't actually pee my panties. Or did I? Whatever.
